SUBSTITUTE NJALIWA SEALS A COMEBACK WIN IN MOZAMBIQUE
Super substitute, Lloyd Njaliwa, scored a winner five minutes from the time as Costa do Sol came from behind to beat AD Vilankulo 2-1 in the Moçambola League in Mozambique on Monday afternoon.
Yamikani Chester, Richard Mbulu and Chikoti Chirwa were starters in the match whereas Njaliwa was benched then Tomas put the hosts ahead on 7th minutes and led at half time.
Isac de Carvalho levelled the scores on 57th minute via penalty before Njaliwa coming off the bench to net the winner on the 85th minute of the match.
Following the win, Costa do Sol are second on the table with 26 points, a point behind leaders, Black Bulls, which has 27 points in the League.
In other game, UD Songo move three points behind Black Bulls as they beat Desportivo de Nacala 2-0 in the League.
John Banda played for 83rd minute before being substituted while Miracle Gabeya was on the bench. Richard Rapson played for Nacala.
