FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach, Kalitso Pasuwa, said he thinks that the winning goal for Karonga United was scored in an offside position but blamed his boys for failing to defend it too.

Pasuwa said this after his team suffered their second loss of the season in a 2-1 defeat over Karonga United at the Karonga Stadium and said his team played well in the first half but failed to equalise as Karonga played long boys.

"Again complacency on how we conceded those goals, first half maybe you could see us mostly in spaces but we settled when we got the goal and we were on top of them then again we went sleep and they equalised towards the end of the first half."

PREDATOR NOT SATISFIED AFTER FIRST NOMADS GOAL

Mighty Mukuru Wanderers Cameroonian forward, Sama Thierry Tanjong, said his two goals he netted against Chitipa United left him hungry for more as he said he is not satisfied yet to have scored his first Nomads goal.

Predator said this in an exclusive interview with the Nomads media team on Friday in Nkhotakota where the team is camping ahead of their TNM Super League match against MAFCO at the Chitowe Stadium on Sunday.

Tanjong said he was happy to be on the score sheet for the first time in four games as he managed also to bag a player of the match award but still wants Wanderers supporters to dance more of his goals this season.

Mzuzu City Hammers have placed a 15 Million Kwacha price tag for their vice captain Wongani Lungu who is being targeted by Mighty Mukuru Wanderers, Creck Sporting and two Zambian teams.

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach, Callisto Pasuwa, said he does not want to keep on pressurising his boys to perform better in most of their matches as they may collapse after getting overloaded mentally.

FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach, Kalitso Pasuwa, said his team was supposed to win their match against FOMO and does not care that they did not play very well in the match.

Pasuwa said this after his team recorded a 3-0 win at the Kamuzu Stadium and said that they were looking for a win not playing good Football.

"I think today it was supposed to be a win I don't know sloppy I don't care with scrap we played but the thing is we got the three points remember we have been playing beautiful Football and getting draws and even to an extent of people running away from us when we were having draws. Now we have gotten the three points at least we can motivate the house in terms of scoring." Said Pasuwa.

The People's team are fifth in the league with 20 points from 13 games they have played this season.

Mighty Mukuru Wanderers have refused to allow Striker Christopher Kumwembe join Zambian club Power Dynamos for three days assessment training in Chipata where the team is currently camping for pre-season training over what the nomads describe as unsatisfactory conditions.

Dynamos had asked Wanderers to consider releasing the striker last Sunday (14 July 2024) to join them so they can work on a possible transfer once he impresses the coaching staff, a decision Wanderers have so far refused.

CRECK'S BUS TO ARRIVE ON FRIDAY

TNM Super League side, Creck Sporting Club, has announced that their 60 seater coach will arrive in the country on Friday from China where it was purchased.

The team made the announcement via their Facebook page saying the bus has left Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania heading to Malawi.

The axle coach has been purchased from China based Higer Bus Company and has five inside Television screens, spacious and comfortable seats, advanced entertainment system and intelligent control system.

TWO NIGERIANS JOIN CRECK SPORTING CLUB

TNM Super League side, Creck Sporting Club, has announced the signing of two Nigerian midfielders, Godfrey Peter and David Kazachang Habu who have penned two year deals with the rookies.

The team made the announcement on Tuesday evening via their Facebook page saying Godfrey Peter is a former Diego Jota teammate at FC Parcos De Ferreira 19.

Peter, also played for TSV Oldenburg in Germany, GD Sourence and CD Sobrado in Portugal while Habu previously played for DGardens FC (UAE) and Borrusia Club in Egypt.

The number of Nigerians at the team has risen now to four as they have Babangida Ishaya and Ademola Ajibola already at the team.

SUBSTITUTE NJALIWA SEALS A COMEBACK WIN IN MOZAMBIQUE

Super substitute, Lloyd Njaliwa, scored a winner five minutes from the time as Costa do Sol came from behind to beat AD Vilankulo 2-1 in the Moçambola League in Mozambique on Monday afternoon.

Yamikani Chester, Richard Mbulu and Chikoti Chirwa were starters in the match whereas Njaliwa was benched then Tomas put the hosts ahead on 7th minutes and led at half time.

Isac de Carvalho levelled the scores on 57th minute via penalty before Njaliwa coming off the bench to net the winner on the 85th minute of the match.

Following the win, Costa do Sol are second on the table with 26 points, a point behind leaders, Black Bulls, which has 27 points in the League.

In other game, UD Songo move three points behind Black Bulls as they beat Desportivo de Nacala 2-0 in the League.
