Former Mighty Mukuru Wanderers midfielder, Francis Mkonda, scored an opener as Ekhaya FC stun Ndirande Stars 2-0 to earn TNM Super League promotion a year earlier than their targeted period.
The team needed a win on Thursday at the Kamuzu Stadium and Mkonda scored at the blink of half time before Mwayi Banda striking late to seal the win.
