Edin Terzic has left his role as head coach of Borussia Dortmund.

Terzic asked Dortmund to terminate his contract with immediate effect and the club agreed to the request after a joint discussion.

In his spells at Borussia Dortmund as Head Coach, he won the DFB Pokal in 2021, finished second in the 2022/23 Bundesliga and reached the 2024 Champions League final where they lost to Real Madrid.

Dortmund have paid £38m plus add-ons to complete the deal.

Borrussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland has passed a medical test at Manchester City. The test was conducted on Monday.

Any day this week, both clubs will issue an official communication regarding the player transfer.

The Citizens are expected to activate a release clause of €60m.
