BREAKING: Ex-Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has announced his retirement from football after leaving Real Madrid at the end of last season.

Hazard won the Premier League, Europa League and La Liga during his 16-year career where he represented Lille, Chelsea and Real Madrid and was capped 126 times by Belgium.
