Wanderers Youth Crowned FCB U-20 League Champions

Mighty Wanderers Youth have been crowned champions of the 2025/26 FCB Katswiri U-20 League, finishing top of the table at the Kamuzu Stadium on Sunday.

The Nomads secured a 2-0 win in their coronation match against Yizoyizo Warriors, ending the league on a high note.

Head Coach George Sangala praised his players for their brilliant performances throughout the season.

"I have to give credit to the lads for their effort, teamwork, and discipline throughout the season. Through hard work and unity, we are here today," he said.

The team's Chief Executive Officer, Panganeni Ndovi, said the success of the youth team is a sign that they are on the right track.

"Over time, we have invested significantly in football development. We believe the youth team is our nursery, and that's why we gave it the attention it deserves. We're excited that our investment is bearing fruit," he said.
