BABATUNDE SCORES HIS FIRST GOAL OF THE SEASON

Former FCB Nyasa Big Bullets forward, Babatunde Adepoju, scored his first goal of the season as Venda Football Club beat Magesi FC 2-0 in the Motsepe Foundation Championship in South Africa.

Reacting to the goal after the game, the Nigerian forward said he was happy to open his account in the new season and hopes for more goals.

"Sweet victory I'm happy to score my first goal of the season hopefully first of many to come, let the counting begin..... God over everything." Wrote Babatunde on his Facebook account.

The towering striker moved from Bullets to Venda after winning the golden boot award in the TNM Super league and Airtel Top 8.

He is married to a Malawian lady whom she has a baby for him and calls Malawi his home hence we follow him.
