*Ekhaya rejects ZESCO's offer for Lungu*
Ekhaya FC has rejected an offer from ZESCO United for Flames left back Alick Lungu saying it is just too low.
The team through its Chief Executive Officer, Thando Mhango, said the ZESCO offered 30,000 dollars for Lungu, which makes K52 million, but described it as too low because Lungu's release close is pegged at K100 million.
Mhango believes that ZESCO should trigger it and they will be able to get the skillful player who turned from being a striker to a defender meaning he can play in offensive and defensive areas.
The deal's blocker Haroon Kassim was disappointed with the failed deal saying the Cowboys failed to understand what was in the offer.
Lungu was signed by Ekhaya last year after his expiry of his contract from FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and not been constantly playing in the games towards the end of the season.
