Mamelodi Sundowns picked a win in their first match of the 2025 Club FIFA World Cup after beating Ulsan HD 1-0 on Wednesday morning.
Iqraam Raynes scored the lone goal on 36th minute and had his two goals disallowed by VAR only in the first half but the Africans went on to claim maximum power points.
They are the first African team this year to record a win at the tournament as Al Ahly drew in their opening match while Esperance de Tunis lost in their match.
Masandawana lead Group F with three points, that is also above Borussia Dortmund from Germany.
